Yes. We operate under USDOT 70719 (federal interstate authority, verifiable at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov) and CAL T 188960 (California Bureau of Household Goods and Services, for intrastate moves). Yes. We own and operate a 20,000 sq ft Class A climate-controlled warehouse in San Jose — not a self-storage unit you load yourself. We handle short-term storage-in-transit between move dates, long-term household storage, business and FF&E storage, and specialty storage for wine, art and antiques. Residential climate-controlled containers start at $95–$125 per 8×10 container per month, billed month to month.
Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped for pianos (uprights and grands), pool tables, gun safes, antiques, fine art, hot tubs, wine collections, home gyms, and even home server racks. These items are crated and protected individually — they aren't treated like ordinary furniture. Tell us what you have when you request a quote so we bring the right equipment.
