How do you keep our business running during an office move?
Most Bay Area office moves are executed on evenings and weekends so your team walks into a working space on the next business day, with the off-hours work scheduled and priced in your written quote. A dedicated project manager coordinates the schedule with your facilities and IT teams, maps the new floor plan in advance, and labels everything so setup at the destination is fast and orderly.
Can you move our servers, IT, and network equipment?
Yes. Our commercial crews disconnect, label, cushion-wrap, transport, and reconnect servers, workstations, and network gear, and we schedule the cutover during a maintenance window you choose. For larger relocations we coordinate directly with your IT staff so power-on verification happens on your timeline.
What do you need from our building or landlord?
Most commercial buildings require a Certificate of Insurance on file before move day, plus reserved loading dock and freight elevator windows at both locations. We provide the COI and coordinate those reservations with building management before move day.
What kinds of businesses do you move?
We handle office and corporate relocations, medical offices and clinics, schools and universities, hotels and restaurants including FF&E installation, warehouses and distribution, and industrial work: pallet racking, equipment moves, and warehouse relocations. We also support ongoing move, add, and change work for growing campuses and office decommissioning at end of lease.

Yes. Our credentials are USDOT 1962166 and CAL T 188960, interstate moves run under USDOT 70719 as an agent for Bekins Van Lines, and we have served Bay Area businesses since 1990. We are licensed, insured, and bonded, carry general liability coverage, and issue a Certificate of Insurance for your building on request.
