Storage While You Downsize
Not everything needs to go at once. We can pack and store the items your family wants to keep, month to month and climate-controlled, and retrieve them when you're ready. It's especially common during multi-stage downsizing or estate transitions.

How far in advance should we start planning?
We recommend starting 6–8 weeks before the move date. This gives us time for a thorough consultation, helps your loved one adjust to the idea gradually, and ensures we can coordinate donations, storage, and the move itself without rushing.
What if my parent has mobility limitations?
We handle all physical tasks (packing, lifting, arranging furniture) so your parent doesn't have to. We also coordinate timing around medical appointments or care schedules.
Can you help coordinate donations?
Yes. We work with local charities and donation centers throughout the Bay Area. We help sort items into keep, donate, sell, and discard categories, and arrange pickup for donations.
What about items that need special care?
We use specialized packing materials and techniques for fragile heirlooms, antiques, and artwork.
