For wine specifically, we work to keep storage in the 52–65°F range with controlled humidity, which is the broadly accepted range for medium-to-long-term wine storage. For specialty items with unusual climate requirements, discuss specifics during intake.

Do you provide custom crating?

Yes, custom crating is available for art, antiques, mirrors, and high-value or fragile items. Crates are built to the specific item, padded for shock absorption, and protect both during transit and during storage. For collections, we can coordinate with art handlers or fine-art crating specialists if your collection warrants museum-grade handling.

Can you store a wine collection long-term?

Yes — and we do. Smaller collections (under a few hundred bottles) typically store fine in our facility's climate-controlled environment. For larger or premium collections (Bordeaux first growths, Burgundy grand cru, allocated cult wines), we recommend either Full Value Protection coverage or a separate inland marine policy on the wine, plus discussion at intake about specialized handling. We also coordinate with Bay Area wine logistics specialists if your collection warrants their level of climate control.
